The dry ice granule briquetting machine is different from the dry ice block machine, and its final dry ice products are the small dry ice blocks. The raw materials for briquetting by the dry ice granule briquetting machine are mainly the dry ice particles. The dry ice particles for briquetting should be less than 3mm in diameter. The dry ice granule briquetting machine is mainly composed of the electronic cabinet controller, dry ice granular feed hopper, motor, hydraulic press system, and mold.
When the dry ice granules are put into the feed hopper, driven by the motor, the hydraulic press system will press the dry ice particles into dry ice blocks quickly. The dry ice granule briquetting machine has several models and each model has its certain working capacity. Its yield ranges from 400kg/h to 1000kg/h.

This model of dry ice granule briquetting machine is equipped with a motor with 7.5kw. The raw materials are the dry ice particles with a diameter less than 3mm. It can be set with two kinds of molds, one kind is of 4 pressing holes so that each press can make 4 dry ice blocks with the dimension of 95×95×(10-60)mm(the thickness is adjustable); the other kind is of 2 pressing holes so that each press can make 2 dry ice blocks with the dimension of 125×105×(10-60)mm(the thickness is also adjustable). This model has a yield ranging from 400kg/h to 550kg/h with both of the two kinds of model.
Dry ice granule briquetting machine SL-4000
This dry ice granule briquetting machine of model SL-4000 has a larger motor power of 11kw and it has a bigger output than the model SL-1800. Same like the SL-1800, this model also has two kinds of molds, one kind is of 9 pressing holes so that each press can make 9 dry ice blocks with the dimension of 95×95×(10-60)mm(the thickness is adjustable) and with this mold, the machine’s yield ranges from 900kg/h to 1200kg/h; the other kind with 4 pressing holes can make 4 dry ice blocks with the dimension of 125×105×(10-60)mm(the thickness is also adjustable) and its output ranges from 800kg/h to 1100kg/h.
Dry ice granule briquetting machine SL-1000
This model needs the motor of 7.5kw, and it can make the dry ice blocks with a bigger size which ranges from 250×140×50mm to 250×140×210mm, the dry ice blocks’ thickness is also adjustable. The model SL-1000 of dry ice granule briquetting machine’s yield can reach 1000kg/h. The density of the dry ice blocks is between 1.3-1.52t/m³, which is lower than the above two models.
